Have the following information ready:
- The number of participants
- The requested date (check Chef Eric's calendar for availability)
- Any special dietary requests
Once all the details have been finalized (date, menu, location and number of participants), Chef Eric will invoice you for full amount.
Schedule of Payment
50 % of the cost of the class must be paid at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 7 days prior the event.
Cancellation Policy
The first 50% is not refundable (that will secure the date)
The second 50% is refundable for cancellation made more than 3 days prior the event. Event cancelled less than 3 days prior the events are not refundable.
